I'm most effective when I bring my perspective across disciplines to bear on a problem. What often looks like a UI issue is usually something else in disguise, and you only see that when you're not locked into a single point of view.

This type of thinking comes from working across different domains: climate tech (Watershed), automation (Zapier), product analytics (Mixpanel), and brands like Toyota, USAA, and ESPN. It also comes from the work: restructuring a huge corporate website, moderating concept tests with consumers, and shaping the design of enterprise software.
