I'm a product designer and researcher, the kind who actually talks to people before claiming to know what they want. I've led design at Zapier and Mixpanel, built and grown teams, and shipped work that's ranged from enterprise analytics to a Clio Gold-winning platform for Toyota.
These days I run my own thing: consulting, fractional leadership, freelance. Whatever you want to call it. I believe everything is a design decision, which either sounds like a bumper sticker or a warning.
